4. Polishing;
5. Sandblasting and hot zinc spraying (Also it can be hot dip galvanizing);
6. Polystyrene foam full injecting in tubes for heat insulation and sound insulation;
7. Calibrating;
8. Detailed polishing;
9. Putty and hardener filling and checking;
10. Epoxy primed 1st time;
11. Epoxy primed 2nd time;
12. Acrylic acid black paint coated;
13. Hand applied faux finished;
14. Varnish coated;
15. Final Inspection.
1.What is your delivery time?
A: it is within 25 days for one 20' container.
2.What is your sample policy?
A: The sample is free, you have to pay the freight charge. The sample will be finished one week.
3.What is your package?
A: Carton Box + Pallet
4.What is Lock system?
A: Commonly German brand, China top brand.
5.What is your windows standard?
A: The window comply AS 2047:2014, AS 1170.0, AS 1288:2006, AS/NZS 2208:1996, AS4291.1:2000, CE and Soncap.

A, After order confirmed, we have a meeting with the main peoples who work for workshop before production,investigate all the workmanship and some technical problems,

C, Inspect the semi-finished goods.
D, Inspect the finished products.
E, Final inspection when pack up all the goods.if there is not any problems for this step,our QC will issue the inspection report and release this products.
