Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Shipment
Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, installation kits, and protective films are intact and included.
Dispatch Goods
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized logistics center, or coordinate with our team for freight pickup of large-scale window units.
Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods for damage-free status, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
