Q:What about your packages ? What can you do for me If the windows were damaged when I open the container ?
YY:Our Package are with Iron pallets which is stronger and durable. If the windows were damaged when you received,Please send us photo and we will replace you new one freely.
Q: What will you do if sending me the Wrong windows?
YY:YY will send you the Shop Drawing to confirm the windows Drawing before production. if send you the wrong windows, YY will replace you a new one freely
Q:Could you provide sample for testing quality?
YY: Yes. The sample is available. But normally client will be fin charge to the express cost.
