A:Of course we are factory ,our factory located in zhejiang province ,China.And we got another name :the hometown of wooden doors.
2.Can customers order different colors and models in one order?
A:Surely yes.Mixed colors and models are acceptable.Usually our regular clients order 2-3 color of one 20ft container.
3.What's your policy for samples?
A:Small samples are free .Finished door sample we have to charge some cost on actual situation.
4.What's your trade terms and payment term?
A: EXW,FOB, CFR ans CIF are all allowed .Payment term :30% deposit by T/T before mass production,the balance paid upon receive the copy of B/L.
5.Can you make the door according to our drawing?
A:Yes,we can.But customer should send us drawing to check first,then we talk in details.If we can't make it ,we will inform customer in advance.
6.Where is your factory? How can I visit it?
A:Our factory is located in Jiangshan city, Zhejiang province China ,which is very Near to YIWU city.Hangzhou airport is the nearest airport,or Pudong/Hongqiao airport(Shanghai) is ok.
It's takes about 3 hours from Shanghai to Jiangshan By High-speed Rail ,and 2 Hours from Hangzhou to Jiangshan .Warmly welcomed to visit us and make an inquiry !
7. What's your delivery port and delivery time?
A:In general ,Delivery port is Ningbo port or Shanghai port in China .But you can shoose the port which is most convenient for you .Delivery time is 20-25 days after 30% deposit received .
8.What preferential terms you could give me if I increase the order's quantity?
A: More QTY, more discount.
9. Where is your main market?
A: Our main market is in the Middle East, South America and Southeast Asia, Euro, North America .
