Q1: All these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls? Fohome: Yes, all the doors & windows include frames. Installing the windows and doors on wall will be ok .
Q2: What is your color available? Fohome : Color available from our colorbond or real color sample .
Q3: Do you accept customized design and size? Fohome: Yes, The design and size all are according to customer customized choice .
Q4:What kinds of hardware mostly? Fohome: German brand and china top brand, depends on customer choice.
Q5: What is your MOQ order? Fohome: MOQ depend on different products , the amount mostly more than USD20,000 if under, then we need charge extra fees
Q6: What is your manufacture time? Fohome: Usual 30-50 days , depends on deposit received and product drawing signature, as extrusion profile need 15-25 days to reach us.
Q7: Do you offer size measurement service or installation service? Fohome: Sorry we dont offer size measurement and installation service for small projects, but if big project , we will find out the solution offer size measurement and installation .
Q8: What kinds of packing do you have? Fohome: There are three kinds of packing, such as bubble bag, bubble bag + wooden frame,bubble bag + wooden case. If full container, we advise to use bubble bag, it can save more space and hold more goods in the same container. Usually, the packing is bubble bag + wooden frame. The best packing is bubble bag + wooden case, some bulk cargo and some developed countries, such as USA, Australia and some countries in Europe,need wooden case packing, because their special requirement and wooden case can protect the goods very well.
