1. Jamb and Frame: Our door is made of 12 gauge tube.
2. Scrollwork thickness: 14mm X 14mm or 16mm X 16mm, or thicker steel bar available
3. Glass panel: The glass panel in our products, unless otherwise noted, are 5/8" insulated dual-pane energy conservation. All glass is tempered for safety and building code compliance. We have many texture for glass option.
4. Every door comes with threshold, hinges, flush bolts-all necessary hardware to operate and assemble our doors is included. And you also can choose bug screen, we offer silver and black mesh for option. All bug screen can be removable because it will be attached with magnet.
5. Wide range of option for handles are in stock. We can also support custom made if you can send us design you like.
5. Door panel is 2" thick and fully be injected with polyfoam to have great performance for keeping heat and noise insulation.And also weather striping is around door jamb and glass panel to ensure a positive seal and sound insulation.
6. All doors are pre-bored with 2 -3/8" back set, 2-1/8" borings and 5-1/2" center to center.
7. All doors are pre-hung, jamb are equipped with mounting tab to secure jamb.
8. Each door undergoes a 7-step paint process: 1. Sandblasting 2. Hot-zinc spray 3. Epoxy primer 4. Epoxy paint 5. Baked 6. Antique finish 7. Clear coat
Colors option
Above 10 finish for option, besides we also support custom finish as long as you can send sample to us.
Package: polywood crate + 3 different solf material to protect door.
9. Devlivery time is 4-6 weeks
We have perfect QC system to make sure all design of door is under being checked and recorded.
